Smoothies — tropical açaí bowl recipe


Açaí tropical smoothie

You'll need (Serves 1)One sachet of raw açaí pulp (100g)1 tablespoon of Guarana Syrup (30-50ml) (optional)1 cup Coconut water 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt1 frozen (or fresh) banana½ Mango 1 passion fruitJuice of ½ a lime Leave the raw açaí pulp sachets out of the freezer for 3 mins (or run under a cold tap for a minute). Squash it up in the pack then empty into a blender.Add the rest of the ingredients in the order above and blend on medium to high speed for 30-60 seconds until the smoothie is freely circulating in the processor. Serve and enjoy!
