Chocolate and açaí is an amazing combination as the flavours really compliment each other.
You’ll need (Serves 1)
Two sachets of raw açaí pulp (200g)
A dash of Guaraná Syrup (30-50ml) or honey
½ a fresh or frozen banana
1 full teaspoon cacao powder
The toppings
¼ cup strawberries, sliced
¼ cup raspberries
1 tablespoon cocoa nibs / or drops
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
Leave the raw açaí pulp sachets out of the freezer for approximately 3 mins (or under the water for 1-2 minutes). Break it up in the packs, then empty into a blender and break it up further using a blunt instrument.
Blend the frozen raw açaí pulp with guarana and half the banana (if preferred) until smooth, thick and creamy.
Pour into a bowl, then top with strawberries, raspberries, cocoa nibs and coconut. Serve immediately and enjoy!
